10jil Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using the 10jil platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all services offered under the 10jil brand, including casino games, live casino, slot games, eBingo, fish games, and sports betting.

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or otherwise — is a violation of these Terms. 10jil reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void associated balances without prior notice.

You are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals. The information you provide during registration and KYC must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact. 10jil will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed the action. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10jil support immediately through your account.

10jil uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. OTP verification is required for certain sensitive account actions including login from new devices and withdrawals.

All deposits to your 10jil account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through supported local payment methods. Accepted funding channels include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. 10jil does not accept cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or credit card payments as a funding method for gaming activity.

Funds deposited to your 10jil account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. You confirm that any funds you deposit are yours and not derived from illegal activity. 10jil reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds if required.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 10jil is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account, it cannot be reversed by the player.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your 10jil account. The receiving account must be held in the same legal name as your 10jil account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including joint accounts — are not permitted.

Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held until verification is finalised.

All games on 10jil operate according to their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

RNG-based games (slots, eBingo, casino table games) use certified random number generation to produce outcomes. These outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform. Live casino games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to the same principles of fairness.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Cancellation of a confirmed wager is not possible.
• Technical errors that result in incorrect game outcomes will be investigated; 10jil reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviour is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Sports betting odds and market availability are subject to change up to the start of an event. Bets placed before a market closes will be honoured at the odds at the time of placement unless a clear error occurred.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 10jil. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended, permanently closed, and any winnings or balances associated with the prohibited activity may be voided:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or fictitious identity information.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from unlawful sources.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or platform vulnerabilities for gain.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial crime through the platform.

10jil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a way to generate income, recover financial losses, or resolve financial difficulties. All gaming involves the risk of losing money.

10jil enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Players are encouraged to:

10jil provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 10jil's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim. 10jil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

This limitation does not affect any rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.

10jil reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised. Where practical, we will notify registered players of significant changes through the platform.

Continued use of 10jil following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 10jil shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
